Keep up your motivation like an elite athlete with our Summer Olympics Challenge! Help each other accomplish the ultimate goal of attending five classes per week across three different modalities.

If you want to be an elite athlete, you have to train like one!

Here’s how it works:

  • Decide you’ll attend five classes per week.

  • Download and print this PDF (and see below)

  • Print and put it somewhere you see.

  • Write in the date you take a class in each format.

  • Make sure you have THREE different modalities in your five total for the week.

  • When you’ve hit five, send a picture of it to info@fit2shinestudio.com with the subject OLYMPICS.

When you hit your five, you add your name to the board at the studio!

Keep doing it each week from 6/20/24 - 8/15/24.

Each person that keeps this momentum going like an elite athlete for THREE weeks out of the eight will get a Fit2Shine Studio branded prize!

We will celebrate at our So Long Summer Celebration on 8/18!
