Kelly

Kelly loves humans and is passionate about helping people achieve their goals, whether that’s on the bike or the mat. She teaches CYCLE, Yoga, and Strength classes and particularly loves the little yogis in kids yoga. She will likely offer a silly quip while also making you work harder than you want to. If resting is your jam, you’ll wanna check our restorative yoga and get your rest on. Kelly is also our owner and you can learn more about that here.

Robin

Robin is a force to be reckoned with as both a pilates instructors and NSCA strength coach. She teaches functional strength and mat pilates and with her simple and soft spoken cues, somehow gets you to push to that next rep even when it burns. She knows her stuff and programs a great class. When she’s not on the mat, she’s putting that strength to good use in soccer games.

Fawn

When you meet Fawn, you can immediately sense the perfect combo of strength and grace. She is a fierce friend, a hard worker, a great mom, and a peaceful and smart yoga teacher. You will enjoy her flows and soft voice, but don’t sleep on her sweetness, cause she will invite you to work to your limit too.

Laura

Laura (on the right) is a stellar spin instructor with a focus on our philosophy of directly simulating an outdoor ride. She always brings the hype music and the toughness, while grinning through that smile and sweet voice. Don’t expect too sweet from this one… but you’ll feel sweet when you leave!

Alicia

Alicia (in the hat) is not only a spin instructor, but also an outdoor cyclist and triathlete. She volunteers with Athletes Serving Athletes (ASA) and is a RipIt Ambassador. She also works full-time at a gym in a corporate building in MoCo. When it comes to movement, Alicia knows her stuff. She’ll rock your socks off in CYCLE class with classic songs that make you want to work hard.

Caroline

Caroline is living the dream in her second career as a yoga instructor and sound healer. She is passionate about helping people discover the benefits of yoga and sound healing. She employs a variety of tactics with different instruments that lull you into a sweet rest while also healing the body and mind. You can join her for all levels yoga class on Tuesdays or for sound healing on Fridays.

Kristina

Kristina is a force to be reckoned with on and off the bike. She’s a triathlete, college professor, mom, and personal trainer that really understands the idea of bringing the outdoor ride inside. She’ll work you hard and get you ready for the real climbs when you hit the road. She also can be found teaching strength class on occasion when she’s not building up your power on the bike.

Noelle

Noelle is a yoga and barre instructor dedicated to helping people find relief from the wear and tear of a high paced, stressful life. She strives to create classes that will challenge you, help you find balance, and leave you feeling content, strong, and prepared to face the rest of your day. Away from the barre, you’ll find her enjoying the outdoors by riding horses, gardening, and traveling. Plus, serving as the unpaid Uber driver for her active teenage daughter. She teaches 9:30 AM barre on Mondays.

Emily

Emily is sweet and kind, but will make you curse her peacefully in barre class. She focuses on a low-impact, full-body approach to leave you feeling strong, balanced, and maybe a little sore. Her programming will keep you moving with light weights and a light-hearted attitude. Emily believes you should enjoy your workout. After teaching fitness for eight years, she finds inspiration from all types of movement- ballet to belly dancing, step to pilates.

Meghan

Meghan is a certified barre instructor that has taught early 100 classes a year since getting certified in 2019. She did ballet growing up and in college, but as an adult, loves the workout barre offers and meeting new people at the studio. After 13 years of social work with at risk youth in the city before switching to first responders, barre has become her therapy and she loves offering it to others. Originally from NJ, she now lives in Lake Linganore with her family, and is a mom to three beautiful kids and is proudly married to a police officer.

Jess

Jess is a dancer through and through. After starting at the age of three, she danced through high school and college, majoring in dance, then going pro and teaching ballet, modern, tap and jazz. Combining her love of dance with her love of fitness makes Barre fitness a no-brainer. She loves to push you to the next level while also releasing any stress and truly enjoying movement. A native of Frederick and LHS grad, she now lives in Mt. Airy with her husband and three kids. You might find her chauffeuring or teaching ballet in Sykesville when she’s not at the studio with us.

Jen

  Jen’s dance roots run deep and strong which made barre the ideal workout path for her.  She was a student at Frederick School of Classical Ballet for 13 years and a member of Maryland Regional Ballet.  Jen’s barre classes are a classic combination of dance and the fundamental barre techniques (gotta love those pulses and isometric holds!)  Jen’s goal for her barre classes is to build confidence and strength, nurture positivity, and have fun!  She was certified as a barre instructor in 2015 after moving back to Frederick and enjoys sharing her love of barre with others.

Jen lives in Mt. Airy, and is a mom to two teenage boys and an adult daughter.  When not at the barre, she can be found working at Frederick Community College, attending sporting events for the boys, watching the latest true crime documentary while snuggling with her dogs, or reading a good book.

Donna

Donna loves to dance! As a student of dance and dance fitness for over 35 years, she stumbled upon REB3L when searching for something local to get cardio into her routine. From day one, she was hooked. REB3L Groove’s instructor program gave her a path to realize one of her bucket list items; to become a dance instructor. Besides finding her on the dance floor as instructor or student, you'll find her strength training, bowling, or skating; soon also teaching dance on roller skates. Wherever she goes, she’s always ready to tear up the dance floor!

Erin

Erin is a woman whose journey to wholeness has been shaped by hardship, healed through faith, and strengthened by movement and creativity. Life's battles left her searching for healing in mind, body, and spirit, which she found through fitness and art.

Exercise became therapy for her soul, while art provided release for emotions beyond words. Together, they offered not just resilience, but transformation and purpose.

Today, Erin coaches others to embrace wellness as a lifestyle—strengthening the body while renewing the mind. She believes health is art: every workout, meal, and moment of self-care creates the masterpiece of one's life. Wellness isn't just about looking strong; it's about becoming whole.

Erin is living proof that exercise and art, grounded in faith, can transform lives. Her mission is to lead others on their journey to strength, renewal, and joy.

Liz

Liz Catlett is a passionate and versatile dance educator who brings energy, artistry, and heart to every class. Originally from Louisville, KY, Liz holds a B.S. in Dance Education from Radford University, where she earned K–12 teaching certification. With over 15 years of experience, she has taught dancers ages 2 through adult in ballet, pointe, modern, jazz, contemporary, and creative movement.

As a mom of five, including energetic twin toddlers, Liz brings deep understanding, patience, and joy to her work with dancers of all ages. She creates an inclusive, supportive environment where students feel safe to explore, grow, and express themselves. Whether guiding beginners or coaching experienced performers, Liz meets each dancer where they are—helping them build confidence, technique, and love for the art form.

Liz is always passionate about creating art through dance. Her choreographic work spans full-length ballets such as Sleeping Beauty, Alice in Wonderland, and Coppélia, as well as original contemporary pieces recognized at national competitions like Youth America Grand Prix. She is also the author and co-creator of Becoming Sugar Plum, a children’s book inspired by her original full length ballet.

Whether in the studio or at home, Liz lives her life in motion with creativity, compassion, and a belief in the transformative power of dance.
