INTRO TO BAREFOOT TRAINING

  • SATURDAY, APRIL 11

  • 12 - 1:30 PM

Your feet contain over 200,000 nerve receptors - more than anywhere else in your body except your hands. Yet most of us spend our lives in cushioned shoes that dull this sensory input, leading to poor balance, chronic tension, and compensatory movement patterns that create pain up the entire kinetic chain.

This 90-minute workshop combines neuroscience education with practical movement to rewire how your feet communicate with your brain.

Understand the neuroscience behind why barefoot training works

Discover how your footwear choices affect your whole-body health

What to bring: Wear comfortable clothes. Come barefoot or in socks - no shoes during the practice portion.

PRENATAL YOGA SERIES

  • SUNDAY, APRIL 12

  • 10:30 - 11:45 AM

This 6 week prenatal yoga series honors the natural elements that support and mirror the journey of pregnancy - earth, wind, fire, air and spirit. Each week we will gather around a small altar dedicated to the element of the day, creating space for reflection, connection, and intention.

Through gentle movement, breathwork, and guided relaxation, this 75 minute class supports the changing body while nurturing emotional grounding and community with other expected mothers. The practice is designed to build strength, ease common pregnancy discomforts, cultivate a deeper connection with baby and self, and help prepare the body for birth through positions that support labor and encourage a strong mind–body connection.

Cost: $150 Series, $27 Drop-in

LA JOIE DE VIVRE: A FRENCH-INSPIRED YOGA EXPERIENCE

  • FRIDAY, MAY 1

  • 6 - 7:30 PM

May 1st is Fête du Travail — France's Labor Day — a holiday built around the idea that rest, beauty, and enjoyment of life are worth protecting. It felt like the right day for this.

Join us for a 90-minute gathering centered on l'art de vivre — the art of living well.

Ian McClain, 200 RYT, brings a rare balance of anatomical precision and intuitive presence to his teaching. In this special class, he'll weave mindfulness and movement together through the lens of savoring: slowing down, noticing what's good, and choosing quality over quantity in how we inhabit our bodies and our days.

After practice, we'll linger a little — light hors-d'oeuvres, good company, and a small toast to close the evening.

This is an intentional, small gathering. 15 spots only.
We'd love to see you there!
