SHINE Into Summer Challenge

We're all feeling the need to MOVE a little more and even though we can't be together in-person, we CAN be together in spirit. Let's get our bodies moving and keep each other accountable with SHINE Into Summer! 

Join our challenge of like-minded people looking to be focused on two things: MOVING and NOURISHING our bodies.

When you join the challenge, you can track your workouts in the Fit2Shine Studio app, communicate with others in our closed Facebook group, participate in a few in-person meet-ups like boot camp, running, or cycling, and get encouragement from others in the Fit2Shine Studio family on keeping up with your wellness goals.

Let's SHINE Into Summer together! Just enter the challenge and the top three movers and shakers will receive a 5-class pass!

Nutrition is extremely important and we want you to have the BEST resources to help with this journey. We know we're not equipped to step into that place with excellence so we've partnered with another local New Market small business called Kindred Nutrition and Amy Goldsmith is going to be a part of our group along the way.

She is also offering us four FREE 30 minute lunch and learns to help us learn how to properly fuel our bodies!


How does it work?

NOURISH: Focus on what you put in your body and nourish it in a healthful manner for whatever activities you want your body to accomplish and fits into your desired lifestyle. This could include overall healthy eating, eating more meals per day, eating less sugar, drinking more water, or anything else that speaks to YOU!

MOVE: Walk, run, hike, ride a bike inside or outside, jump rope, garden, lift weights, or do yoga... just move your body. ALL of your movement will count toward your goal, not just our classes. The top 3 movers in the app will get a 5-class pass to the studio.

How do I sign up?

  1. Join our SHINE Into Summer private FB group. This will be a smaller group of only people who are participating so you can feel confident sharing your successes, weaknesses, and questions in an intimate group.

  2. Download the Fit2Shine Studio app to track your movement/workouts

  3. Sign up for the SHINE Into Summer challenge on the app homepage (there will be prizes for the top 3 movers)

  4. Download the 'Ate' app to track your eating and connect with others in the challenge
