Yoga for Runners Series


Yoga for Runners is a practice designed to provide max recovery and performance for runners. Build strength and mobility to help you avoid muscle imbalances that can lead to injury. Plus, learn breathing techniques to keep you calm and focused on race day. This series will be every other week from 4/14 to 5/26 so enrollment dates are 4/14, 4/28, 5/12, and 5/26. Drop-in is $20.
