Yoga for Runners is a practice designed to provide max recovery and performance for runners. Build strength and mobility to help you avoid muscle imbalances that can lead to injury. Plus, learn breathing techniques to keep you calm and focused on race day. Taught by our very own Caree Vander-Linden, a member of the Frederick Steeplechasers running club, long-time fitness instructor, and 200-hour EYRT yoga instructor, this is the perfect opportunity for runners to enjoy a cross-training experience that is sure to enhance performance. Fall sessions are Sundays, 10/6, 11/3, and 12/1 from 4-5:15.
