Yoga

Beginner Yoga

This class is great for anyone looking to develop a practice of conscious, mindful movement within a comfortable, supportive environment. Regardless of age, flexibility, or athletic ability, a gentle class is for you.

Gentle Flow & Restore

Sometimes the hardest part of rest is learning to relax. Gentle Flow and Restore allows the body to move before resting. This mixed format class brings you the best of both worlds. By beginning with a Gentle yoga practice and allowing the body to slowly flow through standing, seated, strengthening and balancing postures, students will prepare the body to rest. Students will then settle into a Restorative yoga practice designed to release tension and stress in the body and mind, using props, blankets, and bolsters, yoga postures and breathing exercises, sequenced to restore your body slowly without resistance.

Slow Flow

Slow Flow is an all levels class designed to help you feel more comfortable in your practice. With fluid, yet alignment based postures, you will tap into the foundations of a creative and accessible yoga practice while developing strength and heat, and connecting your movement to your breath. This class allows beginners time to learn and transition through each posture while offering seasoned practitioners the opportunity to explore a more rooted flow.

All-Levels Flow

Link your breath to your movement while building strength and endurance that takes your balance and flexibility to new levels. This class allows for a continuous flow through a strong sequence that includes sun salutations, standing postures, arm balances, and peak postures. This is a fast paced all levels class designed for both seasoned practitioners and students new to yoga but not to fitness. All levels are welcome! When listed as heated, room is about 80 degrees.

Yin

Yin yoga focuses on holding stretching poses longer and using breathing techniques and props to provide a deep meditative state to open your hips, pelvis, and spine and to create space in the joints and nourish the connective tissues. This will allow for more mobility in your practice and physical performance.

Restorative & Yin

Restorative & Yin is a gentle, calming, therapeutic class that restores the nervous system and releases tensions from the body. Some postures are restorative, which use props such as blankets, blocks, bolsters, and straps. Some postures are more traditional yin, while also gentle, calming and therapeutic, releases tension through the body in long holds as well, but without props, so the connective tissue is more targeted, often resulting in a deep release of stress.

This class is not vigorous, but slow and soothing, perfect for those wanting a more relaxed and softer practice. Also excellent for beginners, the elderly, and pregnant women.

Restorative Yoga

Turn your tension and stress into spa-like bliss in a Restorative class. Lounging on supportive bolsters and blankets allows your muscles to relax, your heart rate to lower, and your nervous system to let go. This class is ideal to relieve stress and tension in your body. POWER CYCLE

Power CYCLE is an intense indoor cycling class focused on measuring your power in real-time. A power meter measures the work a cyclist does on a bike, and it is the most accurate way to measure effort. Unlike heart rate monitoring, power output measurement tells the cyclist how much work is being done in the moment, exactly what benefit that work is getting, and can show fitness gained over time and changes in fatigue level. Simply put, if you want to know how you’re doing, track your power output. Or better yet, track how your power output and heart rate response are related over time. Like heart rate, you have power zones for different intensities. This class will use those zones and intervals by tracking watts. You will also learn to watch the corresponding heart-rate and watts and how they work together to give you information about your effort. This is a level 2 cycling class and prior cycling experience is recommended.

INTRO CYCLE

This intro to CYCLE class will spend extra time on learning how to set up your bike, appropriate form, and verbiage, then about 20 minutes of cardio.
