
Erica Rai Chesnik designs her yoga classes to include and welcome all levels and anatomical circumstances. She teaches mindfulness and acceptance around physical limitations and attachments, combined with healing breathing techniques, to aid in recovery and maximize mobility while preventing injury. Erica holds advanced 500-hour certification and Prenatal certification. She is a yoga teacher, adjunct professor at McDaniel College but seeks to be a forever learning student of the practice.

Bethany Lord - is the lucky mom to 3 boys. She's Chief of Human Resources by day, and she's putting her passion for helping people to use when she's not in the office. Bethany became a certified Spinning instructor in February of 2020 after using CYCLE to overcome personal life challenges. Realizing its impact on her, she enjoys providing others with an outlet to release mental and physical stress.
Bethany gets to help her sister-in-law Kathryn (also an instructor here!) with the business side of her pediatric therapy office in Frederick. Bethany has a passion for bringing visions to life and can't wait to help you with your goals!
Kelly Jarvis (Owner) - is a wife, mom of three, certified personal trainer (NASM), and group fitness instructor specializing in Spinning, certified by AFAA/NASM and Mad Dogg Athletics. She has expanded her wellness footprint with certifications in barre, kids yoga, and 200 hour yoga training. Kelly’s philosophy of indoor cycling is to directly simulate an outdoor ride inside… with music pumping and the energy high, of course! Kelly has a passion for helping athletes thrive on the bike and loves helping beginners find their rhythm. When she’s not on the bike, you’ll find her in strength or boot camp class, or exploring the amazing human body on her yoga mat.
Christine Di Monte -Christine has been practicing yoga since 2003, however, it didn’t become her true passion until she had her first child in 2007. It was then that she realized that yoga was so much more than a physical practice, it was a way of life. She believes yoga allows all people to be who they are, find their edge, and transform into anyone they are capable of becoming. She believes yoga saved her life and teacher training changed every aspect of it! Her goal is to plant the seeds of yoga into all of her students and watch them grow. Christine completed her 200-hour teacher training at Sol Yoga in 2012 and her 300- hour teacher training at Sol Yoga in 2017. In addition to yoga teacher training, Christine has studied over 100 hours of Ayurveda, 120 hours of acro yoga, 35 hours of trauma-informed yoga, and a week intensive program of Parayoga with Rod Stryker


Caree Vander Linden - is a full-time communication professional by day, Caree also spent over 25 years in the fitness industry teaching step, cardio, and kickboxing classes. She fell in love with yoga for the welcome sense of balance it brought to her busy life. Caree completed her 200-hour yoga teacher training in 2010 and is currently enrolled in the 300-hour program with Shannon Paige at the School of Embodied Poetics. She has 1,000 yoga teaching hours to her credit, earning her the "E" designation for "experienced." In her spare time, Caree enjoys running, reading, traveling, taking classes from her fellow teachers, and spending time with her husband, son, and daughter. She offers a yoga practice that safely challenges the body, relaxes the mind, and brings an overall sense of well-being to each of her students.


Kris Nixon - is a graduate of McDaniel College's Master of Arts in Exercise Science, a NSCA Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), and a Certified Functional Strength Coach (CFSC). She loves to participate in running events (5K, 10K, half marathons) and triathlons (from sprint to half-ironman distances). Her desire is to instill a passion for movement in every individual, she meets She and her husband live in Libertytown, MD with their three kids and their three dogs.


Carrie Dennison - is a yoga teacher, Reiki Master, and an advocate for all things involving self-care! Her love of yoga was fostered from a need for balance in her life after becoming extremely overwhelmed from a high-pressure corporate job while also trying to juggle all other aspects of life and family. Carrie offers an open-minded, fun, safe, and relaxed environment for anyone to practice yoga. Carrie's goal is to help others learn different tools for healing in a supportive community and be empowered to shed the pressures from society to be a certain way and to live their truth by being connected to their mind and body. When people are having fun in their life and taking actions connected to their hearts and motivated by love – there is more truth in the world. Courage, love, yoga, and a supportive community helped Carrie climb back out of a dark hole. The temporarily dimmed light started to shine again, empowering her to share the gifts of not only the physical practice of yoga but the philosophies of life that are weaved through the ancient traditions of yoga.
Carrie completed her 200-Hour RYT training at Ananda Shala in Frederick, Maryland with Dominica Knapp. After discovering the importance of rest to complement a busy life and active yoga practice, she found her true passion for teaching restorative yoga which she studied under Tara Lemerise. She completed her Reiki studies with Irene Glasse. Carrie has also completed over 80 hours studying Trauma-Informed Yoga and looks forward to moving towards completing a 500-hour certification, directing her studies deeper into the Yin Yoga practice in the coming year.
Melissa DiVincenzo is an experienced 200-hour Registered Yoga Teacher (E-RYT 200) and a Yoga Alliance Continuing Education Provider (YACEP). She has been teaching since 2010 and has nearly 4,000 hours of teaching experience. She is trained in many styles of yoga, including hatha, vinyasa, and kripalu with almost 200 hours of continuing education in areas such as children’s yoga, restorative yoga, prana flow yoga, Kundalini, AcroYoga and Stand-Up Paddlboard (SUP) Yoga. She is recognized as an expert in sharing yogic wisdom to yogis of all ages in a variety of settings, and she truly loves to invite a sense of curiosity and wonder into every practice. Her enthusiasm and passion shine through in all her classes, and her warm demeanor and big smile will set you at ease as she provides a comfortable and safe environment for you to learn and grow. Her hope is that yoga will allow you to be who you are and become what you are capable of becoming. And she knows you will have some fun along the way!

Kathryn Ferro - Kathryn is a wife, mom of three, and speech-language pathologist and volunteers with rec cheerleading through the Linganore Lancers (LOUYAA). An ACE fitness certified professional since 2006, Kathryn enjoys teaching high intensity classes of any variety. It’s her goal to help others reach theirs, whatever that might mean for the day. When you choose to spend your time working out, Kathryn will choose to make it worth every minute!

Angela Worley - RYT 200 and certified Aerial Yoga teacher. She has been training and teaching in the dance field for over 28 years and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Dance Therapy from Towson University. For the last 6 years, Angela has turned her focus towards learning all the benefits yoga has to offer. She believes the practice of yoga is a gift for the body, mind and spirit. It will surprise you, bring you happiness and time for celebration. Angela brings a light-hearted approach to her classes, believing strongly that it’s fine to take yoga seriously, as long as we don’t take ourselves too seriously. She continues to expand her practice in yoga and aerial yoga through classes and workshops. Out of the silk and off the mat, Angela enjoys hiking, traveling and spending time with her two children and husband.

Jamie Dorsey - is a Mad Dogg Athletics certified Spinning instructor and has been teaching for six years. Her journey began when she attended a spin class and immediately wondered why. After forcing herself to return, she was completely hooked by the third class and eventually got certified to teach. Cycling has become her passion since she stopped cheering and coaching competitive cheerleading in her mid-20s. She spent most of her life in Howard County and recently relocated to Frederick with her husband and four-year-old daughter. Building a relationship and getting to know her gym clients and their fitness goals is very important to her. Jamie's full-time career is with a local bank, but her part-time passion is on the bike with you!
